Who we're looking for

While everyone has their own sweet spot of skills and preferred domains, we believe in designers who don't like to be categorized solely as a "website designer" or a "ux designer". We believe creative talents should have a way to manifest themselves in various forms.

If you check at least two out of these five checkboxes:

  • Strong affinity for brand design and web design
  • Can prototype your own concepts (Webflow/v0/Lovable/Bolt or write actual React code)
  • In love with perfecting UI details and microinteractions.
  • Natural born animator living in AE, Jitter, Cinema etc.
  • Copywriting ownership - words matter to you just as much as the visual language

Beyond technical skills, we're looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and genuinely nice to work with. If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet!

Must-haves

  • Figma mastery
  • Basic understanding of the industry (venture capital/fintech/SaaS startups)
  • English B2/C1
